This declaration regulates which personal data we collect and how we handle the data that you provide to TezmoGames (consciously or unconsciously).

2) Data collection during download
When downloading the app, no information is transferred to the respective App Store (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.) by us.
3) Data collection by us
We only process information about you as far as this is necessary for downloading. For statistical purposes, your mobile device and the associated operating system are recorded. Except for the purpose of pursuing the unauthorized use of our offer, we only evaluate this data for statistical purposes and the provision of services. As far as possible, the data will be made anonymous.
We may collect and process data in relation to advertising measures, such as the source of the download. In principle you are able to use our apps without giving us personal data. The use of online functions is in most cases possible by using a pseudonym.
For the use of certain functionalities and offers (e. g. sweepstakes, newsletters, payment orders initiated by you, etc...) data such as your name, address, e-mail address, etc. can be requested.
Within our apps, we use "cookies" on your mobile device which store your user name (if applicable pseudonym) and the current game settings in a text file.
4) Permissions in our apps
Our apps require different access permissions to your end device. These permissions are necessary to guarantee certain functionalities of our apps.
For example, to create a profile picture within the app, you may need to access your camera or photo album.
If you want to purchase content within an app, you need access to the interface required for this purpose.
Usually you will receive information about which permissions are required by the respective app before installing the app.
On Apple iOS you can find an overview of the content our apps access at any time under "Settings".
These permissions can also be subsequently restricted again.
On Android you can also view and restrict permissions under "Settings > Apps".
4) Third-party services
TezmoGames works with third-party services to properly offer apps and ensure certain functionality:
To provide various functions such as payment transactions, statistics, leaderboards, achievements, etc. we use the service Google Play. This involves data being transferred to Google Inc.
Some of our apps use the web analytics service Google Analytics. Only anonymous usage data and statistics of the respective app will be transmitted to Google Inc.
Furthermore, the Google AdMob service is also used in some (usually free of charge) apps. Herefore, internet access is required to display advertisements.
As a rule, you will receive information before the installation about whether advertisements are included in the respective app.
All providers have access to individual data only to the extent that it is necessary for them to fulfil their obligations and as far as it is necessary for TezmoGames to provide the contractual services.
Details and information on individually transmitted data can be requested at any time at email@example.com as long as the duty to provide information is guaranteed under German privacy law and the disclosure would not violate any privacy claims of third parties or legitimate company interests.
5) Disclosure / sale of data
Of course, in no case will data be sold to third parties or passed on for any purpose other than the provision of services.

7) Storage duration
The collected and processed data will be stored as long as the purpose of contract requires it or as technically and legally necessary.
Billing data for payment transactions are stored until the expiry of legal retention periods and are then deleted or destroyed.

Where necessary and permissible, data may be used in legal disputes.
